Regional Property Manager

We’re seeking a hands‑on Regional Property Manager ready to step into a high‑impact on‑site turnaround role at a large multifamily community—with a clear path to overseeing a growing portfolio once stabilized. This is a unique opportunity for a local market expert who can bring a team, elevate operations, and drive leasing performance in a challenging but high‑potential asset.
What You’ll Do
Take full ownership of day‑to‑day operations as the on‑site leader during turnaround
Stabilize occupancy (currently ~83%) and reverse downward trends
Build and lead a strong leasing and maintenance team
Reposition the asset by improving traffic, resident profile, and overall community standards
Partner with ownership on evolving strategy (including rebranding and program changes)
Transition into a traditional Regional role overseeing multiple assets post‑stabilization
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in multifamily operations (PM, Senior PM, GM, or RPM level)
Deep local market knowledge with the ability to recruit and bring talent
Strong background in lease‑ups, repositioning, or distressed asset turnaround
Hands‑on leader willing to be on‑site daily and fully immersed
Operator mindset—comfortable navigating complex resident dynamics and older assets
