What you will enjoy doing

You will be responsible for domestic and international customer order management process, providing support by managing all transactional communications, inquiries, documentation, data entry and invoices, in coordination with plant operations and procedures

You will perform all functions with the objective of meeting the customer’s needs and expectations, in accordance with required safety regulations, quality standards including contract review and export standards

You will ensure accurate and timely order acknowledgement, invoicing customers, and escalation for resolving credit issues

You have a proven track record of maintaining customer confidence, satisfaction, and handling service-related issues through demonstrated exceptional customer service experience

You will serve as the key point of contact for commercial staff on the status of customer orders and managing material inventories

You will generate reports and use spreadsheets to understand open orders, consignment replenishment, etc

You will be responsible for escalating schedule conflicts to building Product Flow Manager and/or the America’s Sales Director including but not limited to equipment issues, personnel issues, and quality concerns

What makes you great

Associate’s degree with 3+ years of experience OR High School Diploma with 5+ years of customer service related experience required

You will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook with moderate to advanced proficiency

You display a strong proficiency in math, writing, spelling and vocabulary

Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred but not required

Experience with Oracle or SAP and Export Sales strongly preferred

If you have experience shipping dangerous goods, this is preferred
