DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Increase Sales on both Retail and Online platforms
Set production goals for yourself and producers, coach and motivate them to reach those goals
Manage office operations
Have a strong knowledge of SEO and Online Marketing to draw business to the Agency
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Proven track record of exemplary Personal Lines P&C Sales
Work with SEO and online advertising partners to develop strategic plan on increasing production
Excellent communication skills
Entrepreneurial spirit with a fearless and positive attitude
Self‑motivated and goal‑orientated
Strong organizational, time management and follow‑through skills
Ability to juggle many activities and manage multiple priorities
Ability to Network and Build Relationships
