Responsibilities

Meet and exceed daily and monthly leasing goals

Engage with prospective residents via phone, email, and in person

Conduct property tours and actively work toward closing leases

Follow up with prospects in a timely and professional manner

Complete leasing paperwork accurately and efficiently

Deliver a high level of customer service to residents and prospects

Qualifications

3+ years of consistent experience in sales and/or customer service preferred

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Professional appearance and confident, engaging personality

Highly motivated and goal-driven with a competitive mindset

Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

Must be available to work weekends with weekdays off

Bilingual skills strongly preferred
