Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Consultant at The Station at Lakeshore in Birmingham, AL. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for assisting prospective residents, administering leases, managing the leasing process, and maintaining strong resident relationships for retention. Additional responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, showcasing the property to potential residents, and ensuring a seamless leasing experience.
Qualifications
Experience with leases, lease administration, and related processes
Strong customer service and resident retention skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to build positive relationships with residents and team members
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in property management software and tools is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in property management or related fields is a plus
