Relationship Banking Associate

Pay Range: $18.50 - $20.81
Responsibilities
Processes routine transactions and associated general customer and account servicing duties with a high level of accuracy and efficiency including routine and non‑routine teller transactions, maintaining records, preparing forms & reports, daily vault balancing, and adhering to security measures.
Identifies customer opportunities through consultative conversations, facilitates basic deposit account opening, refers customers to appropriate business partners, conducts sales and service calls, and resolves customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
Participates in community events that support Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) efforts.
Performs other duties as assigned and required.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum one year experience in related banking positions or equivalent sales/customer service experience.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Ability to initiate conversations, identify needs, and present opportunities.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and customer relations skills, including problem solving and decision making.
Ability to function in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
Team player with strong coworker collaboration.
Proficient computer skills.
Physical Requirements
Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
Stationary 50% of the time.
Move about within or between locations.
Bend, twist, crouch, squat as needed.
Lift and move objects up to 20 lbs.
