Responsibilities Leasing Consultant – Auden Apartment Homes (Vinings, Atlanta, GA)
Tour the community and present it to prospective residents, helping them find the right apartment.
Manage the leasing/renewal process from start to finish.
Monitor local market trends and update property comparables.
Inspect vacant units to ensure readiness for new residents.
Plan and coordinate resident functions throughout the year.
Provide outstanding customer service, building strong relationships with residents.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in multifamily real estate, retail sales, hospitality, or customer service.
Previous leasing experience is a plus but not required.
Strong customer‑service orientation and presentation skills.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience in hotel or hospitality as a concierge, guest‑services representative, front‑desk attendant, or reservations agent is a plus.
