If so, the Elaine Sterling Institute (ESI) is looking for a Full-Time Bilingual Admissions Representative to join our growing team.
About the role As an Admissions Representative, you’ll be a key ambassador for ESI, guiding prospective students from first inquiry to enrollment while helping build a strong, positive presence for the Institute in the community. You’ll work closely with students, staff, schools, and partner organizations to support enrollment growth and student success.
What you'll do
Achieve monthly and annual enrollment goals
Connect with prospective students through phone calls, texts, emails, social media, and campus tours
Make outbound calls to new leads during the first hour of each workday, with accurate notes and follow-ups
Maintain detailed and accurate records in the Enrollment Tracker
Build and maintain relationships with local and regional high schools, counselors, and community partners
Represent ESI at college planning conferences, recruitment events, and community outreach activities
Coordinate and participate in Open Houses, enrollment days, and special events
Serve as a liaison between ESI and community organizations, workforce agencies, and vendors
Collaborate with Student Services and administrative teams to support recruitment strategies
Attend admissions, enrollment, and administrative meetings as scheduled
Continue professional development through conferences and workshops
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in student advising, admissions, recruiting, or a related field
Strong communication in English and Spanish, and relationship-building skills
Someone who is comfortable engaging in conversation with others.
Goal-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Comfort using electronic enrollment systems and CRM-style trackers
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change
Passion for education and helping students succeed
Schedule and Locations
Open to going to either one of our beautiful campuses, Dunwoody or Buckhead
Hours include one late evening per week and approximately one Saturday per month.
