We are currently seeking an Entry Level Management Assistant to help oversee and maintain AT&T customer accounts, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience from onboarding through ongoing support.

The Entry Level Management Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily sales operations, coordinating account updates, and assisting customers with service enrollment and account adjustments. This position is ideal for someone looking to develop leadership, communication, and business management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Management Assistant

Assist with managing and maintaining customer accounts, ensuring all services are accurate and up to date

Support the customer onboarding process by helping residents enroll in AT&T services and understand their account features

Coordinate account updates, service changes, and troubleshooting requests using internal systems

Provide in-person customer support by answering questions and guiding individuals through service options and account functionality

Track and document account activity, ensuring all information is properly recorded and organized

Work closely to manage team leaders to ensure daily operations and client expectations are met

Help maintain a positive customer experience by resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks

Comfortable working directly with customers in a professional setting

Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes

Background in customer service, hospitality, or account support is a plus
