Entry-Level Human Resources Business Partner - Mesa, AZ The Boeing Company’s Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Quality Operations Human Resources (HR) organization is seeking an Entry-Level Human Resources Business Partner to join their team in Mesa, AZ.

Position Responsibilities
Maintain a visible HR presence on the manufacturing floor for real‑time engagement and solutions
Serve as a contact for employees at all levels, addressing concerns, guiding on company policies, referral to Human Resource Generalists (HRG) as required, and acting as a neutral party in resolving conflicts
Promote open communication and guide discussions to collaboratively resolve workplace issues in a positive and fair manner
Assist in deployment and administration of HR programs, policies, practices, and processes
Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to provide employee feedback (e.g., labor relations, talent, compensation, training), and assist in the support in the delivery of programs
Maintain records of employee interactions and resolutions or follow‑up actions
Resolve or refer HR Service Center employee issues
Identify recurring employee concerns or trends, reporting these to HR leadership to develop proactive solutions or interventions
Provide reporting data and analysis for trends in providing solutions or administering new HR programs
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate new hire orientation
Support division‑level projects supporting the Mesa Site People Plan and HR priorities
Working Conditions
Consistent presence on the manufacturing floor
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with exposure to loud noises, machinery, and manufacturing operations
Shift This position will primarily support first shift but will also support other shifts as business requires.
Basic Qualifications
Experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices, and processes
Experience in Change Management/Integration
Experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools
Experience in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, linking worksheets)
Experience in a role utilizing business acumen
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Human Resources certification (SHRM and/or PHR Certification)
1+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Experience partnering and strategizing HR initiatives with senior leaders
Experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders
Pay & Benefits At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
Summary pay range: $60,350 - $81,650.
