The Role We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative / Business Development Representative to join our growing team. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, identifying their staffing needs, and placing qualified IT professionals within their organizations.
Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify leads for IT staffing positions within the ERP, EPM, and Business Intelligence/Analytics space.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific requirements and challenges.
Present WorkTrust Solutions' services and value proposition to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Build and manage a strong network of IT professionals within your assigned territory.
Track and report on sales activity and performance metrics.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the IT staffing industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Strong understanding of ERP, EPM, and Business Intelligence/Analytics solutions a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships and navigate client conversations with professionalism.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
