Corporate HR Director – Automotive Dealership Group We are seeking a Corporate HR Director to lead and elevate the people strategy across a multi-location automotive dealership group. This role partners closely with executive leadership and store-level teams to ensure strong hiring, compliance, and culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with executive leadership on organizational strategy and workforce planning
Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts for key roles
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
Guide compensation structures, benefits programs, and performance management
Support dealership leaders with employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and training programsHelp build a culture that attracts and retains top talent
What We’re Looking For:
Proven HR leadership experience (automotive or multi-location environment preferred)
