We're looking for a dynamic, detail-driven leader to oversee the financial heartbeat of our community. As the Director of Financial Services, you'll manage all business office functions from billing and collections to payroll and financial reporting. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads with integrity, and brings both financial expertise and a people-first mindset.
Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Full-time associates in the role are eligible for an annual bonus incentive and sales referral bonuses. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
