Responsibilities
Greet customers and assess service needs with professionalism
Provide accurate estimates and explain recommended services
Communicate effectively between customers and technicians
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Process repair orders and manage workflow efficiently
What You Bring
Minimum 2 years of Service Advisor experience (Honda experience preferred)
Strong customer service and sales skills
Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
Proficiency in dealership management software
Valid driver’s license required
