Lead day-to-day jobsite operations from mobilization through completion Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and safety Build and maintain the project schedule using Microsoft Project Partner closely with Project Managers and Project Engineers Maintain communication with owners, architects, and trade partners Ensure quality standards and project milestones are met Foster a professional, well-run jobsite culture Ideal Candidate
5+ years Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor Experience running small-to-mid sized commercial projects Microsoft Project - building and maintaining project schedules Strong subcontractor coordination and communication skills Organized, dependable, and proactive problem solver Who Thrives Here
