Your Responsibilities

Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards.

Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis.

Design and implement advanced customizations based on ERP platform’s capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team.

Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large‑scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity.

Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives through audits to uphold security protocols and industry standards.

Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Your Contribution to the Team

Required Skills and Experience

End‑to‑end implementation experience in FCCS and ARCS.

Functional understanding and practical exposure to Financial Consolidation, Statutory Reporting and Account Reconciliation.

Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.

Lead end‑to‑end FCC implementations covering close, consolidation, currency translation, eliminations, journals, and statutory reporting.

Design FCC metadata, ownership structures, close calendars, and consolidation rules.

Build and configure top‑side journals, automation rules, security, and reporting.

Integrate FCC with ERP (Fusion/Non‑Fusion) using Data Management / Data Integration.

Support close cycle testing, cutover, and production go‑live.

Design and implement balance sheet reconciliations and transaction matching.

Configure profiles, formats, risk ratings, auto‑reconciliation rules, and workflows.

Implement transaction matching for bank, intercompany, and high‑volume accounts.

Integrate ARCS with ERP GL and subledgers and enable journal posting back to ERP.

Support audit readiness, certification cycles, and close optimization.

Design EDM solution for centralized master data management including governance.

Develop and maintain data management processes and integrations with ERP systems.

Configure security, workflows, and reporting structures in EPM applications.

Provide guidance on best practices, governance, and compliance for financial close and reconciliation cycles.

Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams.

Experience leading large support engagements working closely with key client business users and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Knowledge and hands‑on experience with EDM.

Mentor junior team members and coordinate with offshore teams.

Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.

Accounting degree or CPA qualification preferred.

Additional Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience may be considered in lieu of one year of education.

This position may require relocation and/or travel.
