We are seeking an Executive Assistant who will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and strategic support to the Managing Director, Hotel Manager and senior executives.

Key Accountabilities
Manage the Managing Director's complex calendar, prioritizing competing demands and exercising independent judgement in scheduling decisions
Coordinate and prepare for high-level meetings with ownership, senior leadership, and external partners, including agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up actions
Serve as a primary point of contact and liaison between Managing Director, ownership group, executives, and internal departments
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries
Support special projects, strategic initiatives, and executive-level events as assigned
General Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
5+ years of experience supporting executives or senior leadership, preferably in luxury hospitality or a related field
Experience working with ownership groups, boards, or high-net-worth stakeholders
Exceptional ability to exercise discretion, confidentiality, and independent judgment
Must have flexible availability to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays (as needed)
