MISSION The mission of the Marketing Manager is to define, manage and implement the brand, communication and marketing strategy for hotel, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints – digital, physical and institutional. The role includes leading digital campaigns, content production, external communication and offline promotional actions, while aligning all efforts with Marriott/ Sheraton brand standards and the hotel’s commercial goals. All strategic and operational decisions are taken in direct coordination with the General Manager, ensuring coherence and effectiveness across the department’s initiatives.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Brand Strategy & Positioning

Develop and implement the hotel’s brand strategy across all channels.

Ensure brand consistency in language, visuals and tone across platforms.

Act as brand guardian, ensuring alignment with global brand standards.

Digital Campaign Management

Plan, execute and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.

Monitor performance KPIs (CTR, conversion rate, ROI) and adjust strategies.

Collaborate with digital agencies and external partners.

Website & SEO

Manage and update the hotel’s website to ensure accuracy, SEO and UX excellence.

Use Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to track performance and propose improvements.

Coordinate with SEO agency to enhance visibility and rankings.

Content & Social Media

Create and oversee branded content for social media and digital platforms.

Ensure visuals and copy are aligned with brand identity and campaign goals.

Analyze performance and make data-informed adjustments.

Analytics & Reporting

Produce performance reports on digital activity and brand KPIs.

Use insights to identify growth opportunities and inform decisions.

Track market trends and competitor activity.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Coordinate with Revenue, Sales and Guest Experience to align strategies.

Support PR, activations, partnerships and on-property campaigns.

Act as digital advisor in internal initiatives.

Budget & Resource Management

Support planning and monitoring of marketing and digital budgets.

Ensure cost-effective use of resources and high ROI.

Institutional Communication, Public Relations & Offline Marketing

Manage, in coordination with General Management, the hotel’s institutional communication flows, including press releases, media statements, editorial articles and content for PR support;

Maintain ongoing relationships with PR agencies, journalists and both national and international media;

Coordinate the production of offline marketing materials, including brochures, signage, menus, corporate presentations and various promotional assets;

Ensure brand consistency across physical assets and spaces throughout the property, in line with the brand guidelines;

Oversee brand presence at on-site activations, events, and other offline promotional initiatives.

Strategic Coordination with General Management

All strategic and operational decisions related to marketing, branding and communication are defined, aligned and implemented in direct coordination with the hotel’s General Manager, with the strategic Marketing direction of the Regional Director of Marketing.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

University degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field.

3–5 years’ experience in digital and brand marketing (preferably in hospitality or luxury sector).

Knowledge of paid media (Google, Meta), SEO tools, content platforms.

Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus).

Proficiency in analytics platforms (Google/Adobe Analytics).

Familiarity with CMS platforms, Adobe Suite, Canva or similar.
