Job Description Security Properties Residential (SPR) is looking for talented and exceptional team members to join our team. The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting with all day‑to‑day operations of the apartment community. Responsibilities include collecting and posting rent payments, managing resident delinquencies, evictions and legal notices, performing pre‑close and closeout accounting, completing financial reports, audits, property inspections, alerting maintenance to property needs, and processing move ins and move outs. Leadership skills are required to assist with team training on leasing, marketing and general office operations, and to act as property manager when needed. The position requires weekend and holiday work.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of one year experience as an Assistant Property Manager.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Patience and a positive personality.
Current driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
Strong leadership abilities and organizational skills.
Financial and analytical skills.
