Growing Law Firm Seeks Director of Community Relationships (Business Development)
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 base salary + performance‑based commission. High performers in this role can earn $100,000+ annually through successful referral development.
This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys being out in the community, building real relationships, and representing a growing professional brand. You will serve as the face of the firm in outreach efforts, helping expand the firm’s presence and build referral partnerships that generate new cases. This is not a desk‑only role; you will be actively engaging businesses, medical providers, and community organizations on behalf of the firm. Your primary mission is to build and maintain a strong referral network throughout the community.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the firm in the community with professionalism and confidence
Build and maintain a referral network of medical providers and community partners
Develop relationships with chiropractors, physical therapy clinics, urgent care centers, and orthopedic providers
Build connections with local businesses such as car dealerships, tow truck companies, and auto body shops
Track cases generated from referral partners and maintain organized records
Coordinate lunch‑and‑learns with medical offices and referral partners
Conduct in‑person outreach visits and maintain ongoing communication with partners
Organize community events, sponsorships, and networking opportunities
Represent the firm at business events and community organizations
Maintain CRM tracking of referral sources and partner relationships
Identify new referral opportunities and strategic partnerships
Uphold the firm’s professionalism, brand, and reputation at all times
Who We’re Looking For
A polished, well‑presented individual who understands the importance of professionalism
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Confident, personable, and relationship‑oriented
Self‑motivated with strong follow‑through
Comfortable working independently and representing the firm in the community
Experience in sales, business development, outreach, hospitality, or relationship management is strongly preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
