Overview
Middlesex School seeks an Associate Director of Admissions for the 2026-2027 School year.
Responsibilities
Reports to the Dean of Admissions and Financial Aid.
Conducts extensive interviewing, travel, and applicant assessment as part of the Admissions Committee.
Interviews approximately 150-175 applicants per year and reads about 400 applications.
Travels in and out of state for roughly three weeks per year.
Manages or assists with a variety of office tasks and projects.
Works Saturdays during school sessions and attends occasional Admissions Office or school evening events.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, analytical ability, and technical expertise.
Prior school admissions and/or financial aid experience preferred.
Familiarity with CRMs such as Vercaross preferred but not required.

Because Middlesex School is a residential boarding school, this role will be housed on campus or be eligible for a $20,000 engagement stipend for those not housed on campus.
