Customer Retention Specialist
Our agency is dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers. We believe that strong relationships are the foundation of our success, and we are looking for a motivated Customer Retention Specialist to help us maintain and grow these relationships. As a Customer Retention Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers feel valued and supported throughout their journey with us. You will be responsible for proactive outreach, responding to inquiries, and providing behind-the-scenes service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Key responsibilities include: Making personalized birthday calls to customers to strengthen relationships and enhance customer experience. Setting appointments for policy reviews to ensure customers are up-to-date with their coverage and options. Reviewing customer changes by managing service tasks accurately and efficiently. Conducting thank you calls for new business onboarding to welcome and engage new customers. Responding promptly and professionally to customer text messages. Checking and responding to voicemails in a timely manner. Performing behind-the-scenes service work to support customer accounts and improve service delivery. Qualifications include: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficient with phone, text, and email communication. Experience in customer service, retention, or insurance-related roles is a plus. Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
