We are looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to support employees with everyday technology issues including computers, phones, mobile devices, and network connections. This role is ideal for someone with about 2 years of IT support experience who enjoys helping people, fixing problems, and working hands‑on with equipment. While much of the work is office‑based, you will also support technology used in warehouse, yard, and outdoor work areas. Equipment may be dusty, dirty, or exposed to weather, so candidates must be comfortable working in those conditions when needed. The pay for this position is $27/hr and would be expected to work Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm with a rotating Saturday schedule of 7am to 1pm.

What You’ll Do

Help employees with computer, software, phone, and technology issues

Answer IT help desk requests and resolve problems quickly

Set up and configure new laptops and desktop computers

Install programs and make sure equipment is ready for employees to use

Support Microsoft Office and Windows systems

Set up and manage mobile devices using Microsoft Intune

Create and manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory

Set up email accounts and mailbox access

Assist with printers, shared drives, and office technology

Support phone systems such as 3CX, Dialpad, or similar VoIP systems

Document fixes and follow company IT procedures

Promote safe and secure technology use across the company

What We’re Looking For

At least 2 years of IT help desk or desktop support experience

IT certification required (examples include):

CompTIA A+

Network+

Microsoft certifications

Experience with Microsoft Intune or mobile device management

Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN)

Good communication and problem-solving ability

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Based at our Camden, NJ location

Some work takes place in warehouse or outdoor environments

Equipment may be exposed to dust, dirt, noise, or weather conditions

Must be comfortable moving between office and operational areas

Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs

Occasional evening or weekend support may be required
