
Assistant Property Manager

Overview
We are hiring an Assistant Property Manager to oversee daily operations, customer service, and property maintenance at CubeSmart Self Storage.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain property, ensuring it meets company standards.
Develop customer relationships, identify storage needs, and provide solutions.
Interact face‑to‑face with customers, deliver excellent service, and build rapport.
Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
Walk the property to perform lock checks, show units, and handle customer inquiries.
Operate POS system, accept payments, complete bank deposits, and make courtesy calls about late payments.
Open and close storage doors (up to 50 lbs.), mop, sweep, change light bulbs, clean units, and maintain safe facility conditions.

Qualifications

Basic computer skills.
Must be able to work Saturdays; some locations may require Sunday hours.
Valid driver’s license and insurance with reliable transportation.
Physical ability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb or balance on a ladder; daily walks of the property; lifting up to 50 lbs.
Compensation $18.72 - $20.29 per hour based on experience, plus bonus opportunities.
