Assistant Property Manager

Assistant Property Manager reports to the Property Manager; supervises and coordinates daily operations of short and long-term rental properties. Duties: supervise maintenance and housekeeping teams; ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; optimize occupancy via dynamic pricing and forecasting; oversee guest relations and resolve issues; manage complaints; implement quality control and performance reporting.
