We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing tenant relations and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This position requires strong customer service skills and a solid understanding of property management practices.
Duties
Assist prospective tenants in finding suitable rental properties by providing information on available units and conducting property tours.
Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
Maintain knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant law to ensure compliance in all leasing activities.
Utilize property management software such as OneSite for data entry, filing, and customer relationship management.
Handle tenant inquiries and concerns with effective conflict management and negotiation skills.
Answer phones, with the ability to answer tenant questions and or concerns
Collaborate with maintenance staff to address tenant maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
Preparing letters and notices
Collecting and depositing rents
Part time Positions-Monday and Saturday + Full time positions in the San Jose Area.
In addition, full time/ Tuesday through Saturday in the Campbell area is also available.
