You will join our office in Annapolis, MD and be an integral part of the company’s growth, focusing on talent-sourcing, client origination and business development across our specialist technical verticals.
Your Role
Identify and evaluate elite technology professionals for customer projects
Develop deep knowledge of your niche technical vertical
Build long‑term relationships with leading technical talent, providing career management advice and support
Identify and convert new customer leads and opportunities
Proactively market High Trail services and candidates to potential customers
Build, develop and manage customer relationships
Consult with customers on team design, the availability of talent and their employee value proposition
Your Background

Consistent hard work and tenacity to achieve goals
Personal responsibility / leadership
Commercial outbound sales experience (preferred)
