Job Description
EarthCam is seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused SEO Marketing Manager to lead our overall search marketing strategy across both organic and paid search channels.
This role will be responsible for improving EarthCam’s visibility across search engines by developing and executing data‑driven strategies that increase search rankings, website traffic, and inbound lead generation.
The SEO Marketing Manager will manage the full search ecosystem including SEO, technical optimization, keyword strategy, search analytics, and paid search performance.
This role will leverage modern SEO platforms and AI‑assisted SEO tools to identify search opportunities, improve website performance, and continuously optimize search campaigns.
You will work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure EarthCam captures high‑value search demand across its product portfolio.
Responsibilities
Lead EarthCam’s search marketing strategy across organic SEO and paid search
Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitive search analysis
Manage both SEO optimization and paid search campaigns (SEM / PPC)
Develop and maintain a search‑driven marketing roadmap
Improve on‑page SEO including metadata, internal linking, schema, and page structure
Identify opportunities to increase search visibility, traffic, and lead generation
Optimize paid search campaigns to improve ROI and conversion performance
Use AI‑assisted SEO tools to enhance research, technical audits, and optimization workflows
Monitor search performance using analytics and search platforms
Track rankings, paid search performance, and search‑driven pipeline contribution
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align content and search strategy
Who You Are
Data‑driven search marketing professional with expertise in both SEO and paid search
Comfortable combining strategy with hands‑on campaign execution
Experienced using modern SEO platforms and AI‑assisted SEO tools
Highly analytical with a strong understanding of search behavior and performance metrics
Organized and process‑oriented with strong project management skills
A collaborative communicator who works well across marketing, product, and sales teams
Qualifications
4–7+ years of experience in SEO, SEM, or search marketing
Proven experience improving organic traffic, paid search performance, and search rankings
Strong understanding of technical SEO, search analytics, and conversion optimization
Experience managing Google Ads or paid search campaigns
Experience with SEO and search tools
Experience using AI‑powered SEO tools for research and optimization
Experience working in B2B, SaaS, or technology environments preferred
Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress
