As one of the leading companies in the space, GTI combines innovation, operational excellence, and customer focus to build some of the most recognized brands in cannabis.
The Program
Green Thumb Industries’ Intern Program offers students meaningful, hands‑on experience in the dynamic cannabis industry. Interns are embedded within teams across Marketing, Buying, Supply Chain and Sales, contributing to meaningful day‑to‑day work and gaining practical exposure to how GTI operates. Each intern will also own a strategic summer project, aligned to our commercial goals, where you will have the opportunity to influence our growing business. Throughout the 12‑week program, interns are paired with a dedicated Intern Manager and participate in a thoughtfully curated calendar of professional development and social events.
Program highlights include:
Touring our cultivation and production facilities
Joining our sales team for in‑market account visits
Testing and providing feedback on new product innovations
Attending a live, “real‑world” marketing activation
