to join our Houston team.

What you’ll be doing:
Building and growing your own desk within a high-demand construction niche
Managing the full
360 recruitment lifecycle
from business development through to placement
Winning new business and developing long‑term client relationships
Headhunting and engaging senior‑level construction professionals
Managing the full interview and offer process, including negotiations and closing
Positioning yourself as a market specialist within your vertical
What we’re looking for:
Proven 360 recruitment experience is essential
(agency or executive search)
Demonstrated success in business development and placing candidates
Strong commercial mindset with a track record of billing
Confident communicator, comfortable with outbound activity and client development
Driven, ambitious, and motivated by high earnings and progression
Someone who thrives in a performance‑led, high‑growth environment
What you’ll get:
