
E-Commerce Product Fulfillment

REEDS Jewelers is seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our E-Commerce department at our corporate office in
Wilmington, NC.
This is a full-time position with flexible hours.
Basic Duties
Processing internet orders including product identification, keying sales, packaging and shipping.
Assisting in the checking in of merchandise: inspecting, tagging and filing.
Assisting in the processing of exchanges and returns.
Assisting in the facilitation of customer orders through other REEDS Jewelers stores and Pandora Boutiques.
Helping to maintain a clean and safe working environment
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Recommended one year jewelry, retail and/or production experience
Computer Proficient; Microsoft Office and comfortable working within Excel
Goal oriented, results driven and self-motivated
Able to multi-task, prioritize tasks within a fast paced work environment and work as a team
GIA AJP Certification required or completion required within six months of being placed in the position
