About the Role

Location & Reporting
Work Setting: In‑facility
Reporting to: Director of Rehabilitation
Responsibilities
Implement physical therapy programs and activities.
Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
Collaborate with peers and refer patients to additional services as needed.
Provide compassionate, patient‑centered care and maintain quality of service.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Licensed or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.
Compensation & Incentives
Salary: USD $28.00‑$40.00 per hour.
Sign‑On Incentive: Up to $5,000.
Bonus: Up to $5,000.
