Roc Search is hiring an experienced 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing Austin team. This is a full-desk, Account Executive–style role focused on the placement of technology professionals.
You’ll be joining a motivated, collaborative, and commercially driven team where performance is recognized, progression is earned, and earning potential is truly uncapped.

What We’re Looking For:
1–2+ years of 360 recruitment experience (full desk)
Strong business development background with proven success winning new clients
Open industry experience: Technology and Civil Engineering recruitment is a plus but not a must (contract or permanent)
Demonstrated billing history and track record of exceeding targets
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
Entrepreneurial mindset, drive, and ambition to grow your career
Experience engaging organizations of all sizes
Strong market knowledge and customer‑first approach
Key Responsibilities:
Lead business development efforts to win and grow new accounts
Create and execute targeted sales strategies
Present tailored service offerings to C‑suite and senior stakeholders
Conduct in‑depth client needs analysis to design strategic talent solutions
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with executive leadership
Identify cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts
Respond to client briefs with compelling, solution‑focused proposals
Negotiate commercial terms and agreements
Support and mentor junior consultants when needed
Compensation:
Year 1 OTE: $75,000 - $80,000
Uncapped commission structure (earnings based entirely on performance)
401(k) options
20 days PTO in Year 1
Birthday off (after 6 months)
