Website Merchant This position will be responsible for the look, feel and functionality of all product collections on FillyFlair.com and our Comment Sold app. This includes the execution of product launches, collection development and merchandising, promotional activities and site management. This process would involve a hand-off from the Merchants on what was bought and why and co‑ordinating launches with the Marketing and Operations teams.

A successful candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills. This person must be self‑motivated, comfortable working independently, able to work under pressure and with cross‑functional partners in buying, marketing and customer service. Will support the team and tasks for site merchandising and execution of site strategies to help achieve the financial and performance targets for the business.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Execute the daily product release schedule on both Shopify and Comment Sold.

Ensure all product data is complete and accurate.

Ensure all category and product refinements are optimised, accurate and products are ready for publishing.

Identify items that are not live on the site.

Upload product fit videos to Comment Sold.

Maintain and merchandise the collections on both Comment Sold and Shopify.

Remove sold‑out items, execute merchandising and badging for items coming back into stock, relaunch items that may have fallen off the platform.

Create new collections for product launches/ads/special projects in both Shopify & Comment Sold; as well as distributing the links to the team.

Manage the upload of e‑commerce photography.

Execute promotional pricing and seasonal readiness tasks with precision and within established deadlines. Assist with site promotion preparation and communication (uploading banners, badging, banners, site layout updates).

Monitor the site daily with a proactive and customer‑centric mindset to identify bugs, feed issues and inventory discrepancies; ensure issue resolution and escalation as needed.

Support weekly and site reporting (shop, customer journey, search) to identify business opportunities.

Participate in weekly team meetings with cross‑functional partners to better understand business results and inform future strategies.

Attend scheduled meetings to stay informed on primary product and marketing messages.

Keep a pulse on the competitive landscape to identify site strategy opportunities.

Respond to time‑sensitive requests from internal teams, providing thorough communication and timely status updates.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating concerns to leaders or Omni‑Buying partners as needed.

Other duties may be assigned.

Position Requirements

Passion for eCommerce & Fashion is a must.

Operational and organisational excellence.

Must have strong Google Drive skills.

Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy required; a thirst for learning and success.

Demonstrate strong logical analysis and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent communication skills and team‑oriented mindset.

Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities; able to organise, multi‑task and prioritise workload to meet deadlines across multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.
