Production Coordinator

As the Production Coordinator, you will work under the direct authority of the Roastery Manager and as a peer to the Production Associate. Your job is to ensure all orders are fulfilled efficiently and overall cleanliness of the facility. Your work directly affects Warehouse, Retail, and Wholesale customers while being mediated by the Production Facilitator.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble orders efficiently and with accuracy
Successful tracking of inventory
Assist in training new hires for bagging and fulfillment
Full time employees working 32.5+ hours per week will be eligible for the following benefits :
50% of employees health care premium (with options to add vision/dental)
Simple IRA with a max of 3% salary matched by Sunergos
PTO (accrues at a rate of .02 hours per hour worked)
8oz package of whole bean coffee per week
