Mountaintop Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced lead carpenter to take a hands-on leadership role in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage layouts, guide crews, and ensure high-quality craftsmanship on every jobsite.
• Lead and supervise daily carpentry activities, delegating tasks to ensure efficient teamwork.
• Read architectural drawings to perform accurate layouts of walls, roofs, and structures.
• Install cabinets, millwork, and custom carpentry to meet project specifications.
• Provide guidance to crew members to strengthen skills.
• Communicate effectively with customers, subcontractors, and project managers.
• Ensure jobsite safety, cleanliness, and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of carpentry/construction experience.
• Experience working on custom projects from start to finish in high-end homes.
• Must be bilingual in English/Spanish.
• Strong knowledge of layouts, framing, custom cabinet installation, and millwork.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience with construction software is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• $25.00 - $35.00+ per hour (Based on Experience)
