Mountaintop Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced lead carpenter to take a hands-on leadership role in the field.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage layouts, guide crews, and ensure high-quality craftsmanship on every jobsite.
- Lead and supervise daily carpentry activities, delegating tasks to ensure efficient teamwork.
- Read architectural drawings to perform accurate layouts of walls, roofs, and structures.
- Install cabinets, millwork, and custom carpentry to meet project specifications.
- Provide guidance to crew members to strengthen skills.
- Communicate effectively with customers, subcontractors, and project managers.
- Ensure jobsite safety, cleanliness, and compliance with standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of carpentry/construction experience.
- Experience working on custom projects from start to finish in high-end homes.
- Must be bilingual in English/Spanish.
- Strong knowledge of layouts, framing, custom cabinet installation, and millwork.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Experience with construction software is a plus.
