Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced law and motion attorney to join our firm. In this role you will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury cases, filing complaints, drafting motions, and interpleaders. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in drafting pleadings and motions and thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft and file complaints, motions, and interpleaders
• Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare well‑reasoned written arguments
• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Organize and maintain case‑related documents and filings
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to support litigation strategy

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing
• 2+ years of Personal Injury Attorney experience required
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills
• Demonstrate commitment to client advocacy, integrity, and professionalism
• Excellent communication skills

Compensation

Salary Ranger: $100,000 – $175,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
