Law and Motion Attorney

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced law and motion attorney to join our firm. In this role you will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury cases, filing complaints, drafting motions, and interpleaders. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in drafting pleadings and motions and thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

Draft and file complaints, motions, and interpleaders

Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare well‑reasoned written arguments

Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Organize and maintain case‑related documents and filings

Collaborate with attorneys and staff to support litigation strategy

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing

2+ years of Personal Injury Attorney experience

Exceptional legal research and writing skills

Demonstrate commitment to client advocacy, integrity, and professionalism

Compensation & Benefits Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

Additional compensation: Annual Bonus

Salary range: $100,000 – $175,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
