Location : Dallas, TX | Tampa, FL | Jersey City, NJ - Onsite or Remote is also fine for excellent candidate

Duration : 6-12 Months Contract with possible extension

???? About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly collaborative Technical Writer who can work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to document complex systems and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain high-quality documentation (system architecture, APIs, user guides, onboarding materials)
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content
• Document workflows related to corporate actions and collateral lifecycle management
• Manage documentation repositories and enforce version control best practices
• Develop knowledge bases and training materials for platform features

✅ Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing (preferably in financial services/fintech)
• Strong understanding of capital markets, corporate actions, and collateral management
• Familiarity with blockchain, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and microservices
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Proficiency in tools like Confluence, Markdown, and MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
