Job Description Responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving business growth through effective communication and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long‑term relationships. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to strengthen partnerships and present program requirements. Proactively address client concerns and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention. Client and Team Communication Facilitate clear, consistent, and regular communication between clients and internal teams to manage expectations and resolve issues. Ensure that all client interactions reflect positively on the company’s brand and values. Develop and implement communication strategies that enhance client engagement and trust. Sales Growth Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling services to existing clients, thereby contributing to revenue growth. Analyze client needs and market trends to propose innovative solutions that align with client objectives. Collaborate with the sales support team to develop tailored proposals and presentations that effectively showcase our offerings. CRM and Reporting Prepare and present detailed reports on account activity, performance metrics, and client feedback to internal stakeholders. Utilize CRM systems to track and analyze client interactions, ensuring data accuracy and insightful reporting. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on report findings to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English is required. Must be physically located in the United States while performing this job. Pay Ranges $69,278.00 - $115,463.00 This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
