Fight or Flight is on the search for an enthusiastic Account Executive to join our growing team, who is set and ready to start their career in PR. Fight or Flight is a fast‑growing integrated communications agency that helps B2B brands provoke a real response to deliver greater business impact. Our services include everything from media relations, social media, GEO, content creation, research and insights, sustainability advisory, to account‑based marketing and much more. You will be: Working on exciting and ambitious B2B brands Speaking with media on a daily basis, pitching fast‑paced and newsworthy stories Working closely with all team members and lending a hand on all types of tasks Developing engaging press releases, pitches, social media posts and other written material to effectively communicate clients’ messages Working alongside a team of specialists to be involved in all aspects of planning, execution and client servicing Tracking media coverage, analysing results for day‑to‑day work as well as for projects and campaigns, and providing regular reports to clients on the performance of PR efforts Staying informed on industry trends and media landscape to identify new opportunities for clients Attending and contributing to weekly client calls and meetings Participating and being involved in new business and internal projects for the agency In short, here are our role requirements: A confident multi‑tasker who is excited and motivated by working in a fast‑paced environment Has a brilliant go‑geter attitude Excellent communication skills Ready and willing to learn from all team members The basics: Hybrid working (2 office days/week, the office is open Tuesday‑Thursday) Perks you’ll love: Additional annual leave – increasing by 1 day for each full year served at Fight or Flight (up to a maximum of 30 days).
