Job Overview We are seeking a Google Certified Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of digital marketing experience to support a growing marketing and real estate development operation. This role combines client-facing marketing work, campaign execution, and billboard development/sales support. You will work with both internal brands and external clients, helping drive revenue while executing high-quality marketing work. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, SEO, analytics) Work directly with clients to identify needs and complete marketing tasks Support and maintain 3 large existing accounts , handling ongoing small projects and core marketing needs Assist in selling marketing services and maintaining client relationships Support billboard business operations: Identify and evaluate potential billboard locations Assist in acquisition and development of billboard sites Help manage billboard advertising sales and placements Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for ROI Collaborate on marketing strategy and project execution Requirements Google Certification (required) Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience Experience with: Google Ads & Analytics SEO fundamentals Campaign tracking and reporting Strong communication and client management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Sales mindset or willingness to engage in client-facing sales Compensation Structure Base Pay: $18–$22/hour (based on experience) Part-Time: 18 hours per week Additional earning opportunities: Commissions on sales (billboards, marketing services, etc.) Billable hours beyond base schedule Ideal Candidate Self-driven and organized Comfortable balancing execution and sales Interested in both digital marketing and business development Looking for growth beyond a standard hourly role #J-18808-Ljbffr
