Position Summary
Serve as the on-property brand lead, ensuring the guest experience, storytelling, and marketing initiatives consistently reflect brand standards. In partnership with the executive team and home office marketing partners, this role brings the hotel’s story to life through thoughtful content, local partnerships, and strategic activations that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue. This position connects operational insights with marketing strategy to strengthen the property’s brand presence and support commercial performance.
What You Will Accomplish
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and elevate the property’s brand identity across all guest touchpoints
Partner with Revenue, Sales, F&B, Spa, Rooms, and Events teams to align marketing efforts with business needs
Capture on-property content including photography and short-form video to support marketing channels
Identify storytelling opportunities tied to culinary, wellness, design, events, team members, and local culture
Coordinate and support influencer visits, media stays, and content creation opportunities
Ensure marketing materials such as signage, menus, and collateral reflect brand standards
Deploy home office marketing assets including social content, email campaigns, event promotions, and brand activations
Manage timelines, deliverables, and project coordination for all on-property marketing initiatives
Maintain a marketing calendar aligned with home office campaigns and seasonal initiatives
Communicate operational updates including programming changes, menus, pricing, and events to marketing partners
Build relationships with local businesses, tourism organizations, and community partners to increase brand visibility
Represent the hotel at community and industry events
Provide insights on guest feedback, market trends, and competitive activity
Collaborate with home office marketing teams by providing timely content, updates, and operational details
What You Will Bring
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in hospitality, marketing, communications, or public relations
Strong storytelling ability and creative eye for capturing brand moments
Experience managing projects across multiple departments
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to coordinate content creation including photography, video, and influencer partnerships
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Experience working in luxury, lifestyle, or hospitality environments preferred
Comfort capturing basic photo and video content using a mobile device
Great if you have
Experience working with brand marketing teams or corporate marketing partners
Experience supporting influencer, media, or PR visits
Experience managing marketing calendars or campaign timelines
Knowledge of hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brand positioning
Familiarity with loyalty programming or guest engagement initiatives
