Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Charleston, WV, United States of America Job Duties for Sales & Marketing Coordinator Assisting Sales Executives in setting up appointments by making phone calls to potential clients Conducting marketing research for areas of WV, PA, OH, and KY Gathering information from incoming sales calls, inputting sales proposals and compiling information for the Sales Department Assisting in social media, e‑mail marketing, and other marketing initiatives to extend our online presence Computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office programs are required Preparing reporting requirements for the Department Regular attendance at staff meetings Performing other general administrative responsibilities for the Sales Department Position is full time, 40 hours a week, day shift Monday‑Friday Hourly position with bonus incentives based on sales production. $1,000 hiring bonus after 1 year full time, half paid after 6 months.
