Key Account Manager

Promeco is currently seeking an experienced Key Account Manager who shares our commitment to excellence and our core values. Requirements Experience in a similar role, including independent management of international commercial negotiations. Experience in selling technically complex products. Background in working with clients from related industries such as mechanical engineering, metal processing, industrial installations, or electrical engineering. Good understanding of mechanical and/or electrical concepts, including the ability to read technical documentation. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Analytical and planning skills, with the ability to work independently. Very good command of English, enabling participation in business meetings. Results‑oriented, proactive, and self‑driven attitude. Willingness to travel for business purposes. Responsibilities Achieving sales targets by managing an existing client portfolio and identifying new business opportunities. Developing and regularly updating sales plans, including KPI monitoring and performance reporting. Preparing offers and quotations in cooperation with technical, supply chain, and finance teams. Negotiating commercial terms and conditions. Analyzing the market, competitors, and trends, and recommending development actions.
