Job Summary
Housed in University Marketing & Communications on the Creative Services team, this position supports institutional initiatives, campaigns, and projects by conceptualizing and creating strong graphic design that supports the Ole Miss brand.
Job Description
Develops and updates multimedia content using appropriate professional software according to specifications outlined within UM brand platform.
Aptly applies tone, personality and style to specific media of expertise.
Prepares drafts of materials based on the assigned job.
Prepares, edits and supplies files, graphics, and other content needed for unit or institutional multimedia materials.
Updates and maintains archive and graphic libraries for use by creative team.
Exceptional candidates will share a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work (professional, internship, freelance, or personal projects)
Job Responsibilities
Assist in the design and production of visual assets for print and digital platforms, including social media, web, presentations, and marketing materials
Collaborate with team members to translate concepts and ideas into compelling visual solutions
Support brand consistency across all creative outputs
Prepare and package final files for production or publication
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs accordingly
Stay up to date on design trends, tools, and best practices
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

$42,640.00 - $63,980.80
