Location Irvine, California, United States Job Summary Johnson & Johnson MedTech is hiring a US Marketing Manager for its Aesthetic and Reconstruction Business, located onsite in Irvine, CA. The role is part of the Mentor Marketing team, a market leader in breast implants, and will shape how we connect with healthcare professionals and patients across the U.S. Responsibilities Serve as the marketing lead for key communication channels, including conferences, advocacy groups, and clinical claim dissemination. Lead US conference strategy and execution, partnering with societies, Professional Affairs and other key stakeholders. Lead US portfolio and life‑cycle management strategies, ensuring clarity, consistency, and differentiation across the brand. Act as the resident expert on competitive dynamics, maintaining a strong pulse on market trends, innovations, and competitor activity. Develop compelling HCP‑ and patient‑facing marketing materials that educate, inspire, and build trust. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners—including sales, medical, regulatory, R&D, and communications—to align strategy and execution. Leverage market insights, analytics, and emerging technologies to optimize campaigns and elevate brand presence. Manage projects end to end with strong attention to timelines, stakeholders, and performance outcomes. Support and/or guide agencies, vendors and partners to implement tactical plans, ensure timelines are met, and budgets are managed. Coordinate with the Market Research, Analytics & Sales Ops Teams to identify research, insight and measurement needs to inform spend, scale, or campaign optimizations. Partner with the sales force to ensure effective communication, training and messages are delivered and customer needs are being met. Qualifications Proven experience in medical device marketing. Strong strategic thinking paired with hands‑on execution skills. A passion for creativity, storytelling, and customer‑centric marketing. Excellent analytical, leadership, and project management capabilities. Confidence working cross‑functionally and influencing diverse stakeholder groups. The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree; required (advanced degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years relevant marketing experience required; surgical medical device marketing experience preferred. 3+ years of experience in a Product Marketing Manager role for a medical device company with HCP and consumer experience. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision‑making. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. 2+ years of experience managing promotional budgets with strong business analysis skills. Digital experience including website development, social media, SEM, SEO (preferred). Comfortable with public speaking. Launch experience with newly marketed products or new indications (preferred). Proven track record of developing and implementing strategies/tactics that have delivered strong commercial results across both traditional & digital marketing channels. Outstanding project management skills and experience managing multiple vendors and marketing partners. Deep understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in medical device promotions, industry guidelines, and compliance-related issues. Excellent listening, presentation, writing, editing, and communication skills with ability to present to senior management. Solutions‑focused with strong problem‑solving skills. The ability and willingness to travel domestically as required – up to 25%. Pay Base pay range: $102,000.00 – $177,100.00. The position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. Bonuses are awarded at the company’s discretion on an individual basis. Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year. Work, Personal and Family Time – up to 40 hours per calendar year.
