
Automotive Sales Consultant

Job Description
The Car Sales Consultant facilitates the sales & finance process, provides excellent customer service, supports lot operations and omni‑channel sales. Fully executes the sales process, achieves monthly sales targets, and maintains strong CRM output and quality. Continuously applies trained sales skills, keeps paperwork clean, recovers missing documents, and supports the finance process to achieve strong Finance & Insurance PVR. Supports vehicle photography, delivers cars to partner hubs, assists with lot organization and merchandising, transports cars when needed, ensures all incoming vehicles are properly checked in, and provides excellent customer service to support strong NPS scores.
Wage $17 per hour + sales‑based commissions.

Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Car sales experience, valid driver’s license, and the ability to deliver results in a global matrix environment. Goal‑oriented, with the capacity to identify and support business needs.
VALID Sales License Required for the following states: Arkansas, Nevada, California, North Carolina, Colorado, Ohio, Hawaii, Oklahoma, Idaho, Pennsylvania, Kansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Utah, Louisiana, Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, Massachusetts, West Virginia, Nebraska, and Wisconsin.
