Join our team as a Powder Coat Painter, where you will play a crucial role in the paint booth, applying powder coat paint with precision and skill. Your primary responsibility will involve working in a protective gown, applying paint throughout most of your day. Occasionally, you will assist with placing and removing parts from the paint line, ensuring a seamless workflow. Flexibility is key, as you may need to assist in other areas as needed. Operate in the paint booth to apply powder coat paint. Wear protective gear and follow safety protocols. Assist with placing and removing parts from the paint line. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adapt to flexing into other areas as necessary. Essential Skills
Powder coat painting experience is required. Proficiency in sandblasting and paint preparation. Experience with industrial painting and spray painting. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with sanding and blasting techniques. Ability to work effectively in an industrial environment. Enjoy working in an air-conditioned production floor with excellent benefits. The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
