About the Role We’re looking for a

Sales Consultant

who enjoys meeting homeowners, building trust, and helping clients make confident decisions — while being driven, disciplined, and performance-oriented.

This is a

W-2 position

designed for someone who wants control over their income, long-term growth, and a clear career path within a strong, system-driven company.

Key Responsibilities

Mostly

in-person consultations

on pre-qualified, hot leads

3–5 appointments per day

on average

Small portion of online / virtual consultations

Company vehicle + gas provided

Twice-weekly team meetings

Territory:

Charlotte & surrounding areas

This is

not a desk job . Success comes from showing up prepared, following proven systems, and confidently guiding homeowners through decisions.

Schedule

Core hours:

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Flexibility required (early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends)

Official U.S. holidays off

Unpaid time off allowed with notice

Paid vacation available after 1 year

Compensation & Growth

W-2 employee

Guaranteed base salary: $17,000/year

Average commission + bonuses: ~$60,000/year

Commission-based compensation is the

primary income driver

Performance bonuses available

No revenue quota during first 90 days

(training & ramp period)

Expected long-term performance:

$1M+ in annual closed revenue
